Shipping & returns

Most pieces are made to order. We aim to finish and ship within 3 to 5 working days. Personalised pieces (with letters, words or initials) take 5 to 10 working days.

We ship from Amsterdam to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. For shipping outside Europe, email us and we will quote you directly.

Within the Netherlands shipping is €4.95 with track & trace, or €2.95 without, and free on orders over €50. To Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy and Sweden it is €9.95, and €14.95 to the rest of the EU. The cost for your country appears as soon as you fill in your address. Free shipping over €50 applies within the Netherlands only; orders abroad always carry the rate for their country.

Parcels ship with track & trace, and we email you the code the moment your order goes in the post. Within the Netherlands you can also choose to go without it for €2 less. You then get no code to follow your order.

Standard pieces can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. Personalised pieces (any piece with a word, letters or initials) cannot be returned. This is the standard EU exemption for custom-made goods.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 7 days and we will put it right.
