When you order we receive your name, email address and shipping address, and whatever you asked us to put on your piece. Payments are handled by Mollie: we see that you paid, never your card or bank details. If you create an account, we also hold a scrambled version of your password that nobody can read back, us included.

To confirm your order, make and ship your piece, and to comply with Dutch tax law (we keep order records for 7 years as required).

Your payment goes through Mollie, and your shipping address to the postal carrier (PostNL, DHL or equivalent). Orders and accounts are stored by the companies that run the site and the database for us, on servers inside the EU. Your name, email address, address and what you bought go into our bookkeeping in Moneybird, as the invoice for your order. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is kept by Resend, which sends it for us. Only after you confirm, and you can unsubscribe from every newsletter with one click. That’s it. No analytics, no third-party trackers.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Just message us. We’ll comply unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, paid invoices for tax records).

This site does not set tracking cookies. We store one small functional cookie to remember your language choice and, once you log in, one that keeps you logged in. Your basket is kept in your own browser until you check out. Alongside those, our hosting provider and Mollie set what they need to keep the site and payments working.
