When you order via WhatsApp or Instagram we receive your name, shipping address, the contents of your messages with us, and payment confirmation from your bank or payment app. We do not store payment details ourselves. If you create an account, we also hold your email address and a scrambled version of your password that nobody can read back, us included.

To confirm your order, make and ship your piece, and to comply with Dutch tax law (we keep order records for 7 years as required).

Your shipping address goes to the postal carrier (PostNL, DHL or equivalent). Account data sits with the companies that run the site and the database for us, on servers inside the EU. That’s it. No analytics, no email marketing automation, no third-party trackers.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Just message us. We’ll comply unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, paid invoices for tax records).

This site does not set tracking cookies. We store one small functional cookie to remember your language choice, and, once you log in, one that keeps you logged in. Alongside those, our hosting provider sets what it needs to keep the site running.
